I’m sick and tired of people acting like it’s no big deal that Chris Brown will be performing at the Grammys.
I’m frustrated that the mainstream media is covering this story like it’s any comeback story, like an exiled prince’s return to a former glory, like this is another political timeline — as though some rich and powerful old white men in the music business...

When do we stop trying to figure ourselves out?

Some goals for this year.
1. Work on friendships, make an effort with old friends and/or try out new ones (lolz).
2. Read more.
3. Go on at least one audition a week (although, this is, unfortunately, out of my control).
4. Book something BIG!
5. Travel. New Mexico will be a nice start.
6. Clean more. Blah.
7. Judge less.
8. Not make productions out of little issues.
9. Stop worrying and be freeeeeeeeeee.

There aren’t too many words for 2011. Most of it I don’t want to remember or look back on, which makes me really happy to start fresh for 2012. It’s funny, because I vaguely remember my post from last year about how 2010 was the “best year ever” and this is quite the opposite.
